Terms and Conditions of jogo365 – Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and the jogo365, a Sports Betting and online casino platform operated for the Brazilian market. Any disputes shall be submitted to the court of the User's domicile in Brazil.

To create an account on jogo365, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be residing in Brazil and hold a valid CPF that is active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list on any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a jogo365 staff member;

Registration is individual: each User may hold a single account at jogo365. • Jogo365 is not responsible for losses resulting from the User's voluntary or negligent sharing of their login credentials;
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be administratively closed, with prior email notice sent to the account holder.

The jogo365 operates exclusively in BRL (R$). There is no currency conversion, exchange rate, or fees applied to deposits. Accepted payment methods are:

Any form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited, including hedging bets, using multiple accounts to stack promotions, or any strategy that artificially reduces betting risk while meeting rollover requirements. Detection of such practices will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

The jogo365 offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 35 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and the top European leagues), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), tennis, Formula 1, and e-sports.

• Odds are set by jogo365 and may be changed at any time before the User confirms the bet;
• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled by the User, except through the Cash Out feature where available;
• The Cash Out is available for selected live and pre-match bets, with the value calculated in real time based on the odds at the moment of the request;
• Bets on events that are cancelled or permanently suspended are refunded to the User's real balance. Temporarily suspended events await resolution in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport;

• The minimum bet is R$ 1.00. The maximum win limit per bet varies depending on the market and the User's VIP level.
